Hydro forming machine called “Shin Betty” was reborn with auto forming function.

Here we introduce DX case of hydroforming (liquid pressure bulge forming).

The forming pattern in hydroforming of bellows can be presented by hydraulic pressure for inflating the pipe and a management of axial thrust.

In the process of a bellow forming, skilled workers try sensing and record the forming pattern which they make a fine adjustment in turn by utilizing five senses.

In addition, as the pattern can be simplified by CAE forming simulation, the time of forming was reduced by half with same quality.

NEURON will continue to go forward on new technology development from now on.
